The new year is full of new possibilities.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking to build on a promising 13-win season in Year 1 under the leadership of head coach Liam Cohen, general manager Tony Boselli and executive vice president of football operations/Hall of Fame offensive tackle Tony Boselli.

“Obviously not the results we expected, but there’s a lot of pride in the process,” Gladstone said as he reflected on the team’s 2025-26 season. “When I think about what myself, Liam, Tony can do with a vision, being able to execute that vision and improve the level of the football team, knowing that when you think back to 2024, there’s a lot of talent that can be retained, close to the game, but we need to improve the level and inject the intangibles into the football team so that we can close out games. To be able to see that come to fruition, we can certainly be proud of.”
“We know that our entire message and Liam’s message was absorbed by our players. Our players believed it, but the score of the game was 1-0. To be able to say, hey, look here, we need to simply get into our process and not worry too much about the outcome and find satisfaction there, knowing that whether we win the Super Bowl or not, the ball is going to roll back down the hill and we have to start from the beginning.”
