Maria Bakalova, for her performance in Borat’s follow-up film, will play a key role in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Bakarova was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the Borat sequel. Now, director James Gunn has revealed her involvement in the next Guardians of the Galaxy adventure. So far, Gunn and have kept Bakalova’s role a secret. Gunn was previously working on Vol. 3 which ended on May 7th. It is believed that Bakarova was not that actor.

Included Bakarova in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was originally revealed by Deadline.Then Gunn passed a tweetin which he called Baklova’s performance “incredible”.
