Former Wisconsin safety Justin Taylor plans to re-enter the transfer portal, 247Sports’ Allen Trieu reports.
Taylor spent two seasons with the Badgers after joining the program as a three-star recruit in the 2023 class. He appeared in two games during that stretch, both as a redshirt freshman in 2024. He then entered the portal after the 2024 season, eventually joining Wyoming.

The LaGrange Park, Ill., native appeared in nine games with the Cowboys in 2025, totaling 19 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, two pass deflections and one interception. He will re-enter the portal with two years of eligibility remaining.
Taylor will join a growing list of former Badgers who are scheduled to re-enter the portal after one year at a different program, joining cornerback Jonas Duclona, ​​quarterbacks Bredin Locke and Mabrey Metaauer.
