Former Georgia Bulldogs national championship-winning offensive coordinator Todd Monken has interviewed as head coach of the Cleveland Browns. Monken most recently served as the Baltimore Ravens’ offensive coordinator before the Ravens fired head coach John Harbaugh.
Monken is an interesting candidate to watch as there are eight NFL teams looking to hire a head coach this offseason. Monken actually served as the Browns’ offensive coordinator in 2019 before serving as Georgia’s offensive coordinator from 2020 to 2022. Many Georgia fans would like to see Monken return to Georgia, but that’s unlikely to happen.

Monken is both an NFL head coaching candidate and an NFL offensive coordinator. Wherever Harbaugh ends up, he could join former Ravens coach John Harbaugh as his offensive coordinator. Harbaugh is expected to be the most popular head coaching candidate this offseason.
Cleveland also requested an interview with Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Aden Doud. The Browns are also interviewing their current defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz and offensive coordinator Tommy Reese.
