On Saturday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the promoters of Kolkata-based mobile gaming app company. Officials have recovered more than Rs in cash, according to the government agency. There was $7 million during the raid, which was part of a money laundering investigation. After filing an FIR against the company, the ED investigated the gaming app, called E-Nuggets, and its promoters, Aamir Khan and others, according to a report. ED revealed the latest raid via a tweet.

The federal agency has reportedly claimed that the mobile gaming app E-Nuggets was launched to deceive the public. After gaining the trust of customers, they began to investigate the app for higher commissions, and the promoters stopped the function of withdrawing funds under various excuses such as system upgrades or investigations by law enforcement agencies.

The app allegedly later deleted all of the user’s data.
