On August 19, a group of caring volunteers visited the Antonio Patricio de Alcala University Hospital (HUAPA) in Cumana, Venezuela. Dressed in costumes, they played cartoon characters beloved by children, such as Spider-Man and Elsa, and shuttled between the pediatric wards, carrying books and toys as gifts for sick children in the hospital. This is a charity event carefully planned by the global charity CoinEx Charity for sick children in Venezuela. During the event, the group hired actors to play cartoon characters and provided gifts to sick children, including 500 cakes, 300 fruit packs and 130 toys. CoinEx Charity hopes that the warmth and fun brought by cartoon characters and gifts can ease their pain and help them temporarily forget their ailments.
On the day of the event, the children welcomed their special “friend” and received toys and gifts. Caring for a sick child is a guardian of childhood
