British stone. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Pavel Buchnevich scored late in the third period and the St. Louis Blues beat the Minnesota Wild 3-1 on Sunday, snapping a ten-game losing streak on the road.
Logan Mailloux and Alexey Toropchenko also scored for St. Louis, and Joel Hofer stopped 22 shots.

Kirill Kaprizov scored 218 goals, tying Marian Gaborik for the most goals in Wild history. Filip Gustavsson made 21 saves, but Minnesota lost two in a row after winning six straight. The Wild lost to Utah State 5-2 on Friday.
It was the first time in 42 games this season that Minnesota has allowed three or fewer goals during the regular season.
After the two sides tied at 1, Buchnevich scored with 3 minutes and 39 seconds left in the game. He took a backhand pass from Jimmy Snugrude and beat Gustafsson with a wrist shot near the right point, extending his point streak to five games.
Buchnevich, who scored the Blues’ lone goal in Saturday’s 3-1 loss to New Jersey, is tied with Jordan Kyrou and Jake Negus for the goal-scoring lead with 14.

Toropchenko scored an empty-net goal.
In Minnesota’s first home game since the Winter Olympics, Kaprizov broke a scoreless tie late in the second period with a power-play goal off a pass from Matt Boldy. His sixth goal in seven games was his 34th of the season and his 218th in the Wild Sweater. He played 122 fewer games than Gaborik.
Less than two minutes later, Maloux beat Gustafsson with a wrist shot from the top right for his first goal in 25 games.
Robert Thomas had an assist for his first goal since January 10th. The top center and the team’s second-leading scorer missed 13 games with a lower-body injury and minor leg surgery. Robby Fabbri was placed off waivers.

Minnesota left winger Marcus Foligno missed the game with a lower-body injury. Coach John Hines said before the game whether Foligno could continue with his day job or could be out for a long time.
