Argentina Megastar Admits Joining Inter Milan “Changed My Life”

Lautaro Martinez admits that switching his boyhood club Athletic Club to Inter Milan in 2018 changed his life.

Lautaro Martinez Participating in yesterday’s “Football Feast”, he was selected into the Serie A Best Team for the 2024/25 season.

In fact, the 28-year-old led Inter Milan to defeat in Serie A last season, scoring 12 goals in 31 league games.

Despite his slow release this season, the Argentine forward remains a key cog in Christian Chivu’s system.

“It’s an honor to be captain of Inter,” Lautaro admitted. “Joining this club has changed my life.

“I’m trying to improve every day and learn from my teammates.

“There is always room for improvement: results, performances, attitude – everything.

“We work towards a goal every day,” Lautaro added. “We want to take Inter as high as possible.”

Chivu is likely to rest his captain when Inter take on second-tier Venezia in the Coppa Italia tomorrow night.
