Oregon State Parks have been named among the best in the country by a major travel magazine.
Silver Falls State Park has been named one of the Best State Parks of 2025 by Condé Nast Traveler magazine, a travel website that used data from Google Maps to determine which park in the United States. State parks were the most popular last year.
Condé Nast Traveler says: “If you’re looking for a place that’s less crowded, easily accessible, more affordable, and close to some of America’s coolest cities (with day trips from New York, Portland, and Las Vegas), it’s worth exploring our nation’s best state parks in depth.”
That’s why Condé Nast Traveler magazine selected Silver Falls State Park as one of the best state parks in the country.

Condé Nast Traveler says: “Keep an eye out for South Falls, the tallest waterfall on the Ten Falls Loop and a spectacular sight.”
The travel website also highlights the cabin and glamping options available at Silver Falls State Park. Visitors can rent cabins at Smith Creek Village or through Silver Falls State Park.
