The company announced today that Downtown Music Holdings has recently expanded its business development and operations teams with several important promotions and strategic recruiting.

Andrew Sparkler [pictured] has been promoted to executive vice president of global business development, while Bruce Lampcov has been promoted to senior vice president of global business development.

In addition, Brad has been named Senior Vice President of Urban Global Operations.

Both Sparkler and in New York will report directly to Downtown Chief Operating Officer [Andrew Bergman]. Los Angeles-based Lampcov will report to Sparkler.
