The current problem facing users of the Amazon app on iOS is that they cannot place any new orders or even view the purchase history. These issues seem to affect several users in India and some other markets. However, it should be pointed out that not all Amazon customers face this problem. Users of Amazon’s Android app do not appear to be affected. When TechnologyShout contacted the American e-commerce giant, it acknowledged the problems faced by some users and promised to provide solutions.
Multiple users have Report On Twitter, they could not access the Amazon app on iOS devices due to “CS11 error”. The problems that have apparently existed since Tuesday afternoon seem to be not limited to India, but also to users in other parts of the world, including Europe and the United States. Some affected users also mentioned that even if they reinstalled the application, the problem still exists.

Some users also went to Reddit to complain about the problems they faced with the Amazon app.
An Amazon spokesperson acknowledged the problem in an email statement sent to TechnologyShout. “We are sorry that some customers may encounter problems when shopping. Thank you for your patience while we try to solve the problem,” the spokesperson said.
However, the spokesperson did not specify whether the problem is limited to specific iPhone models or specific iOS versions. At the time of writing, TechnologyShout cannot replicate these issues.
DownDetector shows that Amazon is facing server-side connection issues for some users, and most reports come from people who use its mobile app.
